The project
Axæ conseil supported Vivendi/Bolloré on the project of Campus planned at the heart of the Île Seeguin in Boulogne Billancourt.
The 150 000 square meter floor area (SPT) developing program integrated food services, sports complex and shops based on a technical platform integrating TV studios and a data center. A 12 000 square feet garden completed the program.

Interventions
- Program, budget and operation calendar implementation.
- Exchanges with administrations
- Consulting documents writing, control of consulted operators. Choice of operators (architects and engineers, economist, project manager, regulatory files, PMA HEQ, supervising office, geotechnical engineering, fire safety consulting, health and safety coordinator…).
- Studies management during the construction and building permit phases : supervising the project management team, administrative relations, consulting on projects proposal during the study phase.
