The project
Urban district composed of an hotel, businesses, student accommodation, housing, senior citizen person. The operation is developing a 59 000 square feet floor area on a 3 hectares parcel. It benefits from an ideal geographical situation. Its urban and landscape insertion demonstrates the district's environmental approach.
